PLANTING - POTTING MIX - HOW TO MAKE IT (OAG 2014)

This mix is what I use for making soil blocks, filling planting cells and trays.
It won’t be long until I begin (in the house under grow lights) planting for the 2015 spring crops. Prepare this mixture now and be ready to watch things grow.
If you can’t find Pro-mix you can use a bale of peat moss and a bag of Perlite.
Open the bags carefully because we will use them to store the mix.
What do I use:
1 - 3.8 cubic ft bale of Pro-mix
2 - 50 pound bags of Black Kow Composted Manure
or 1 - 50 pound bag of Black Kow Manure and 1 - 50 pound bag of Black Kow Top Soil
1 – 50 pound bag of Baccto Premium potting soil
