President Biden To Give Prime-Time Address Focusing On America’s Rights, Freedoms

President Joe Biden will give a prime-time address outside of Independence Hall in Philadelphia on Thursday. Biden’s remarks will focus on on how America’s “rights and freedoms are still under attack.” The speech comes two months before the midterms.
