We went to a Polestar 2 experience - is this the family EV for us?

The first electric car from our shortlist available to test drive is the Polestar 2. This is the wildcard in our shortlist as its a bit short on space compared with the Tesla Model Y, the Mustang Mach-E and the Skoda Enyaq. We went to see if the overall experience offered by this unique car was enough to win us over.
