Baking Blind at One Market Restaurant in San Francisco

Last fall, Holman Prizewinner Penny Melville-Brown visited us in San Francisco and stopped by One Market Restaurant to kick off her world baking tour. She baked with some of San Francisco’s top pastry chefs, exchanging tips and tricks, learning new methods, and even teaching them a few non-visual techniques. Here, she cooks a peach galette.
