I think this cool outer space metaverse is going to be incredible. This is more of a long term NFT hold then a quick flip. Although the NFT price may skyrocket on this NFT virtual land sale shortly after the sale, I think the real value in the land will be a long term hold.

There will only be 30,0000 parcels of virtual land available in Heaven Land and if they can create everything they have planned, this could be an incredible metaverse to own virtual land in that you can build on, lease space on, lease out virtual buildings and create anything that you can imagine in the metaverse.

This is high risk high reward since this metaverse is on the ground floor and is not much more than an idea at this time, so do your due diligence and don't invest more than you can afford to loose in any virtual land sale, NFT project, or metaverse!
