breaking beaver dam to build logging road part 2

as i ride on the side of the trackhoe to tape it, here we are starting a logging road, it's based on an old road bed (former county dirt road) that washed out in a place or two and the beavers dammed it up and clogged the pipe up, so where do you start to building a road here? get rid of the water is my answer
