German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock is in Kyiv for two days of high-level talks. She will be joined there by her Czech, Slovak and Austrian counterparts.
Germany has refused to give Ukraine any weapons to defend itself in the case of a Russian invasion. Kyiv has expressed deep frustration over this. What can Germany's foreign minister do to show Berlin's support for Ukraine? DW's Mathias Bölinger reports from Kyiv.
