Ingredients:
Pie crust
2 1/2 cups (350 g) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (230 g) cold butter
6 tbsp ice water

Pie filling
3 cups (700 g) cherries
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
2 tbsp (30 g) cornstarch

Egg wash
1 yolk
1 tbsp (15 ml) milk
