⛔Avoid standing mostly upright during any Bent-Over Row variation. This will limit the range of motion through which your back muscles are being worked. The main function of your lats is to *extend the shoulder*. The only way you can train shoulder extension effectively is if you forward properly.

✅To get the full benefits of a Barbell Row, aim to lean forward until your upper body is almost parallel to the floor. Does your mobility not allow you to lean forward this much or do you experience low-back discomfort? Experiment with doing Chest-Supported Rows instead to train the same movement pattern.
