A Close look at the - Royston & District Model Railway Exhibition 2026 #hornby #modelrailway

I visited the Royston & District Model Railway Club Exhibition on the 28th March 2026 — and it turned out to be a much bigger show than I expected!
I did unfortunately arrive quite late, so I had to rush around and didn’t get the chance to fully film every layout or spend time reading all the descriptions before the show closed. That said, there was still a huge amount to see and I managed to capture a great selection of layouts for the video.
There was a brilliant mix of scales, styles and eras on display, along with some really high-quality modelling throughout. The traders were also very good, with plenty of interesting items and stands to look through.
This is a show I’ve been to before and it continues to be a really enjoyable one — definitely worth a visit, and I’ll be looking forward to coming back again next year.
