The Guy Under the Seats Collection
The Guy Under the Seats Collection
The complete collection of Chris Elliott's third running character on Late Night, The Guy Under the Seats. It ran for 12 episodes over six months, from October 15, 1984, until April 10, 1985, plus two unnumbered episodes that occurred during Viewer Mail and Lucky Number segments. The Fugitive Guy Under the Seats hybrid aired six months later on October 17, 1985, and, finally, "The Lost Episode" (a tribute to the Honeymooners' then-recently-aired "lost" series) on December 11, 1985.
Plus the inspiration for Chris's catch phrase.
