Recipe : Vegan Steaks

Here we are making some delicious vegan steak with vital wheat gluten !
enjoy!
Recipe:

- 1-1/2 C Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
-1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 C Water
- mix well and knead about 4 minutes.
- divide into 4 sections
- roll out section as much as possible
into desired size
- place on steaming rack and steam for 25 minutes
- marinate overnight
- cook on skillet for about 10 minutes and slightly sear
and serve !
