🛠️ Department / Work Profile:
A Godown (Warehouse) Supervisor oversees daily, on-site storage operations, managing inventory accuracy, staff productivity, and safety compliance. Key responsibilities include supervising receiving/dispatching, maintaining inventory records, ensuring organized storage, and implementing safety protocols. They act as a vital link between warehouse staff and management to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day activities including receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching goods.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and ensure safety standards (e.g., OHSA) are followed.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipments, and staff performance.
Maintenance & Security: Ensure the godown remains clean, organized, and secure, while maintaining equipment and machinery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role in logistics/storage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
Leadership: Strong communication, organizational, and delegation skills.
Physical Stamina: Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts (if required) and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma, often with a bachelor's degree in business or logistics preferred.

• ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 + food and accommodation
📈 Salary Increment:
After 6–12 months → ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
