Yoga Routine For Parkinson's Disease
Yoga for Parkinson’s disease: Yoga is about listening to your body, and learning to accept yourself and working to your own level. It therefore can be adapted to all levels and abilities. This is a gentle yoga routine that can be followed by complete beginners as well as those who have practiced yoga before.
The class begins with alternative nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) which is good to reduce anxiety and aids concentration as it brings your attention into the present moment. If you don’t have time to complete the physical practice I would recommend following this breathing exercise on its own everyday to receive the most benefits.
