Good morning, beautiful yogis. The way you start your day sets the mood and tone for your next 24 hours. Do so mindfully and intentionally, with self-compassion and gentle movement.

These short flows are designed to help you fit yoga and mindfulness into your daily life without disrupting your routine. Do one in the morning, add a 10-minute flow midday and wind down your day for a full 30 minutes of activity or simply take a short break whenever you need one for your body, mind or spirit.
