FacilityLens – AI-Powered Healthcare Planning for Underserved Communities
FacilityLens is a Databricks-powered healthcare planning platform built for the Virtue Foundation to help identify trusted healthcare facilities, uncover medical deserts, support referral decisions, and improve healthcare data quality across India.
Using a dataset of more than 10,000 healthcare facilities, FacilityLens helps planners answer four critical questions:
✅ Can a facility be trusted?
✅ Where are the highest-risk gaps in care?
✅ Where should patients be referred?
✅ Is the underlying data reliable enough to support decisions?
Key Features
Facility Trust Desk – Transparent trust scoring based on data quality, source diversity, and consistency checks.
Medical Desert Planner – Identifies underserved regions using healthcare coverage and public health burden indicators.
Referral Copilot – Uses Databricks Vector Search to match clinical needs with the most relevant healthcare facilities.
Data Readiness Desk – Enables data stewardship, quality monitoring, and AI-assisted dataset exploration through Databricks Genie.
