Gov. Greg Abbott pardons Daniel Perry, convicted of murdering a protestor
Daniel Perry was sentenced to 25 years in prison last May after a jury found him guilty of murdering Air Force veteran Garrett Foster during a 2020 demonstration against police brutality in Austin.
