GHOST WRITING

I had to cut about 2 hours out of this monologue because I have so many thoughts about it, but now its down to this community, is ghost writing actual writing, do we need to afford rights, credits, how do you employ ghost writers and if you are a ghost writer how did you find it, did it lead to better things, to you feeling a bit knackered, or indeed totally shafted.
