Masitas De Puerco | Fried Pork Chunks | Cuban Recipes | Chef Zee Cooks

Masitas de Puerco are gently fried pork chunks and one of my favorite authentic Cuban recipes. You can make this dish using pernil, pork loins, or even country style ribs. Regardless of what you use, this easy pork recipe is to die for! Don't confuse these with chicharrones which are also just as tasty! Masitas de Puerco are fairly easy to make and they essentially cook themselves. Enjoy this dish with yuca, plantains, tostones or even mashed potatoes! Give it a try and don't forget to subscribe.

Ingredients: Pork
3-4lbs Pork Shoulder Diced (No Bones)
2 Sour Oranges or Limes
5 Garlic Cloves Mashed
1 tbs Salt (Salt to Taste)
1 tsp Dominican Orégano
Black Pepper to Taste
Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 ½ cups of Water *if needed

Mojo:
2 Onions Sliced
1-2 Sour Oranges or 1 Lemon
3 Cloves Garlic Diced
