Xyron Glaminator in action!

In June we had to make a last minute trip to Maryland for a funeral, so I put everything on hold to be there for my husband and my in-laws. So I wasn’t able to play with my Xyron Glaminator yet, but now I’m getting back into the work groove! I’m so excited to use this amazing machine!! But of course half way through my video my phone stopped recording. Ugh, technology! But look what this thing can do: FOIL! Here’s what I did step by step:

1. Turn on the Xyron Glaminator so it gets hot
2. Print card design on regular computer paper (Important: MUST be a LASER printer, not inkjet)
3. Cut silver foil to cover printed design
4. Put foil on top of printed design and put it in the plastic carrier
5. Feed carrier through Glaminator machine
6. Let cool
7. Remove printed design and foil from the plastic carrier
8. Pull off foil (the foil will stick to the printed design)
9. Feed printed design through Xyron Creatie Station Lite to turn it into a sticker
10. Apply stickers to card stock to make a gag gift for my husband! 😂
