I have made some changes to mod itself using CDMS software:
Units HP on hard difficulty: AI players - 190%, Player - 200%
Resource Rate for AI players - 100%
Resource rate: 160%
Also made some stats change for Heroes module, overall faster EXP for units and more bonuses.
