Led by Coach Koy, this class focuses on strengthening the often under-trained gluteal muscles. Strong glutes lead to many benefits including: improved atheltic performance, injury prevention, increased pelvic stability, reduced knee and back pain, and aesthetic looks.

Everyone can benefit from glute training regardless of the training goal: women, men, athletes, the general population, kids, and seniors.
