Lesson 11 | Keyboard Control Servo + Buzzer Feedback (Real-Time PC Control)

We make significant progress by directly linking computer keyboard input to actual hardware in Lesson 11 of the Engineering in Motion series.

This course demonstrates how to control a servo motor and activate a buzzer feedback system using Python, which takes keyboard commands and transmits real-time instructions to an Arduino.

This presents Human–Machine Interaction (HMI), a crucial engineering concept that is extensively utilized in automation systems, robots, and smart cars.

✅ Things you will discover

- Arduino devices can be controlled using a PC keyboard.
- A servo motor can be moved to specified locations.
- Get feedback by using a buzzer.
- Integrate several actuators into a single Python application
- Construct interactive control systems.

⚙️ Hardware is needed.

- Arduino Uno or a similar device
- SG90 or a comparable servo motor
- An active buzzer
- A breadboard
- Jumper cables
- USB cord

📚 Engineering Idea

This project mimics how operators use input devices to manage machines while getting feedback signals, much like:
- Panels for industrial control
- Control stations for robotics
- Electronic systems in vehicles
- Interfaces for automation
