In the end, I still cannot believe I’m publishing these results, especially the Sony WH-1000XM3 announced and released in September 2018 is highly rated by lots of reviews with microphone improvements in calls. I’m exhausted, but still, want to pull this phone call test to give it a last shot. Obviously, technology is not on our side in this case. From my judgment, it sounds to be a digital processing issue rather than hardware issues. It’s up to you to determine how important this is for you if you consider buying this headphone.
