How to Build Your Own Welding Extension Cord 50 Amp

I didn't feel like buying an expensive 50 Amp extension cord, so I built one. This is about 60 dollars in parts from Home Depot, and you could probably get away with #8 wire, whereas I use #6.

This cord is actually more beefy then the cord coming out of the machine.
