Today learning how to be confident can be for so many people such a difficult task, with these 3 simple lessons you will be able to find more confidence in all areas of your life. The first lesson is really about learning to be more competent in the area that you want to achieve in. We all learnt to tie our shoes, and we did this by someone showing us how it was done and we practised over a period of time until it became automatic. Confidence is the same, how to build confidence is the same process, we have to start small and build it up and keep going over it again and again until we become really confident.

Lesson 2 is all about letting going of being perfect, gain confidence, self-respect and being someone that beams confidence is someone who is willing to make a mistake and move forward. The more you aspect that perfect will never happen the more you can accept your faults and move forward with your life.

Lesson 3, we have to build on confidence. Start small and build it up, don't over commit and throw yourself into the shock zone. Build up your confidence step by step and it will grow.
