In case you need something new and interesting for dinner – we got you! We made this egg tofu using the airfryer and not only is is easy, it doesn’t take a long time to make it plus, won’t break your bank either.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block of soft tofu
- 4 eggs
- prawns (or your meat of choice)
- chilli
- oil
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- chilli flakes
- 3-4 garlic cloves
DIRECTIONS
1. In an aluminium tray, add your block of soft tofu (thinly sliced) followed by your eggs. Top it off with some chilli and prawns. Pop it into the airfryer for 10 mins at 180°C.
2. While waiting, pour hot oil into your a small bowl with your chilli, chilli flakes and minced garlic. Stir it then add your soy sauce and oyster.
3. By then, your egg and tofu should be ready (half cooked). Pour the mixture into the tray over your egg and tofu and pop it back into the airfryer for another 5 mins. Finally you’re done!
