Only modification to the rule set is that if I extract with meds from the raid I can put those meds into my secure container for the next raid until my medstation is up and running in the hideout. If i remove the meds in raid to place a key in secure container the meds can no longer go back into the container until the raid is complete and I'm back in the hideout.
