Minecraft but the hotbar is invisible

This is a Minecraft but challenge...
My brother and I tried to speedrun Minecraft 1.16. BUT our hotbar, hunger bar and health bar is invisible and we can't see it. The thing is we are noobs and we failed miserable - and hilariously! We tried to be serious and beat the game, but we always ended up messing with each other. That's what siblings do. It was a ton of fun.
