Feta and corn salad:
2 cups drained canned sweet corn
1/2 cup garlic and herb seasoned feta
1/2 chopped large onion
3oz fat free greek yogurt
salt, pepper, oregano,garlic and onion seasoning
light salad dressing around 2tbsp
- Let sit in the fridge for 45mins- 1 hr
Ab, cardio and yoga workout:
10 minute incline walk: 3.3 speed/7 incline
Circuit 1: Repeat 3 times
Plank cable weighted knee ins 10/10
Lying leg lift with hip ups 12
Cable rope crunches 12-15
10 minutes elliptical
Circuit 2: Repeat 3 times
Weighted cherry pickers 20
weighted crunches 15
weighted leg lifts 10-12
10 minutes spin bike
12 minute yoga flow
