★Treatment Cream (Yogurt, Tumeric & Besan Mask)★
→1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder: http://amzn.to/2mlLnrC
→2-3 tablespoons besan (also known as chickpea flour or gram flour): http://amzn.to/2roi75I
→1/2 teaspoon oil (I would use almond/jojoba, as they absorb well into the skin)
→1/4 cup of plain yogurt
→Add whole/full fat milk if paste is clumpy
→A squeeze of lemon juice, or cucumber juice if you have sensitive skin
→DIRECTIONS: Mix the gram flour and turmeric together in a bowl until evenly combined, then add the lemon (or cucumber juice) and oil to the mixture. Then add in the yogurt and milk I you need it and mix until smooth. Apply the mixture on the other affected area and leave it on for approximately 10 minutes, or until the mask completely starts to harden on your face. Remove with a warm towel then rinse the rest off well. I suggest using this mask fresh instead of storing. Use this mask once or twice a week, every week for optimal results.
