Smoked Pulled Pork Street Tacos 🔥

Leftover pulled pork → next-level Tacos.

We heated up the left over pulled pork, added some onions, jalapeños and some Elote seasoning. We then laid these tortillas down on the ​⁠@BlackstoneGriddles loaded them up with the pulled pork, some cheddar cheese and crisped them until golden, then finished with a sour cream sauce. Crispy edges, smoky pork, zero leftovers.
