Ethiopia beefs up security ahead of second fill phase for Nile dam

Ethiopia has stepped up security near its Grand Ethiopia Renaissance Dam project as tensions rise with neighbouring Sudan and Egypt.
The country says it is ready to start the second phase of filling the Blue Nile reservoir ahead of heavy rainfall expected next month.
