4. American Dollar (inflation)

6. Food!
7. Things to do, Places to go, People to see
8. Real Estate Prices
9. Other Expats
10. Friendly People (locals)

And to add, I'd like to repeat what my friend, Vegas Zoom stated in the comments section below. He is spot on in this regard.

"Ecuador is definitely among the few countries Monsanto hares most and (2) it is the only country that Mother Nature do have some constitutional right. In short, nature co-exist and enjoys similar privileges as humans do."
