Filipino Christmas will not be complete without eating our all time favorite Bibingka! (or Rice Cake).It is traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with leaves. It is a subtype of kakanin (rice cakes) in Philippine cuisine. and who would have thought that it is very easy to make!

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Melted Salted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Grated Cheese
- 2 Salted Eggs
- Banana Leaves
