Recipe:

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup softened butter at room temperature

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup milk
Cream Cheese Filling:

4oz softened cream cheese at room temperature

1/4 cup softened salted butter at room temperature

3-1/3 cups icing sugar or powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon milk
