Bob Dylan - The Ballad of Ira Hayes (HD FOOTAGE from the Tuscarora Reservation, 1975)

This is very special footage of Bob playing Peter La Farge's ballad that tells the story of Ira Hayes, one of the six Marines who became famous for having raised the flag on Mount Suribachi during the Battle of Iwo Jima of World War II.

This was recorded in 1975, and the footage was finally released in the new Netflix documentary, "Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story by Martin Scorsese." If you haven't seen it already, it's well worth it. Enjoy this gem while you can!
