For part of the Syndicate Quests in Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 4 Season 2, you need to "Shoot Targets with SMGs or Assault Rifles While on a Grind Rail".

First find an SMG or Assault Rifle. Now come to the spot in the video and shoot the targets alongside the northern skyscraper. There is a row of 4 targets, but you only need to shoot 3 targets for the quest.
