That time I got a Scalp Exfoliation Treatment with Biologique Recherche was game changing. Even though this year has seen many new scalp-focused formulas and some of them are quite fabulous, they're not like acid toners for the scalp which is what I experienced. I'm showing you how to exfoliate your scalp without effectively without having to get additional products for that purpose. You can use your existing skincare as a good pre-shampoo exfoliation treatment! This is how I do it!

Just use any acid toner that you already use on your own skin as long as it's not too strong. For my scalp I prefer formulas that contain AHAs aswell as BHA's. Or mandelic acid works really well too! These are the formulas I use :
