For this league starter we are joined by Steelmage who helped make the PoB included below. This build has been in the works by many other community members like Waggle, Paak, imexile and so on.
This build features a top-notch defensive toolkit, while utilizing a smart Desecrate mechanic with spectres for very high boss damage.
