BIG-IP High Availability (HA) to Cilium Pod Load Balancing

When use BIG-IP as north-south traffic load balancer to Kubernetes POD managed by Cilium, BIG-IP becomes the single point of failure if BIG-IP high availability is not supported, this is the case for Kubernetes running with classic Flannel CNI network plugin, but with Cilium, BIG-IP HA is supported without any change on BIG-IP side, the Cilium tunnel design just naturally support BIG-IP HA without any special changes on either side, this is another perfect exmaple to demonstrate two technologies match together.
