अपने 30 साल के लम्बे अनुभव से पूर्व आईएएस अधिकारी अजय अजय गंगवार जी 'ब्युराक्रसी' के अनुभव साझा कर रहें हैं। वह यह भी कह रहें हैं कि OBC समाज को सांस्कृतिक रूप से बदलने की जरुरत है नहीं तो उनके लिए अधिकारी बनना मुश्किल हो जाएगा।
