This presentation is from the 6th Annual Autism Research Conference sponsored by the Grandparent Autism Network and partner organizations in Orange County, California. Every January, distinguished speakers are invited to present the most current autism research to the autism community. These presentations focus on topics that bring hope for new breakthroughs in the diagnosis, causes and treatment of autism. Conferences are well attended by family members, physicians, psychologists, speech and language therapists, educators, nurses, social workers and students.
