SAN LUIS POTOSI, MEXICO - Hola amigos and welcome back to the beautiful San Luis Potosi! In this video we are not only checking out an awesome classic car show in Plaza de los Fundadores, but also trying one of San Luis Potosi's signature dishes, ENCHILADAS POTOSINAS!!

San Luis Potosi HAS TO BE on your itinerary if you're planning a Mexico trip or vacation in 2019. It's a pretty city with so much to do in not only the city but also in the surrounding areas (Huasteca Potosina, Real de Catorce etc) which will be featured in videos soon.
