Kina Grannis live in London - Fix You

Kina Grannis performs a cover of Coldplay's 'Fix You' at The Union Chapel in London on February 9th 2012. This was part of her 'In Your Arms' World Tour.
Her support act was 'Imaginary Friend' a band which consists entirely of Jesse Epstein, a great singer/songwriter with a wonderful voice.
The Union Chapel is a very large church where the acoustics are amazing. The music, performed in front of an original old stone pulpit, soared up 150 feet into the vaulted wood-beamed roof and settled gently down over a rapt audience sitting in the pews. Kina made us all feel as if the performance was personally for each of us. It was like a family gathering and everyone loved her. At the end, as she was leaving the stage, we gave her a standing ovation which she stopped to acknowledge. She seemed very moved by it and left the stage a little tearful. As we made our way home the night air was filled with falling snowflakes and our breath came out in clouds but inside we were still filled with the music and the warmth of a wonderful evening.
