In this video I share 10 standard formatting rules in the publishing industry for novels, such as spacing, justification, chapter headers, scene break info, and more. The first 10 rules are much more strict, but I also shared six other formatting rules that are more flexible and fun as well, such as drop caps, and decorative chapter headers. This is part of the formatting a novel from scratch series for self-published authors to learn formatting.
