INGREDIENTES

5 limones
100 g de azúcar
450 ml de agua
Hielo
Hojas de menta

PREPARACIÓN

En primer lugar haremos una almíbar.
Para ello pondremos en un cazo el agua y el azúcar.
Dejaremos que se mezcle bien y llegue a hervir durante 1 minuto.
trascurrido el tiempo apagamos el fuego y dejamos que se enfrié.
Por otra parte exprimimos los limones.
ponemos en una jarra suficiente hielo.
Añadimos los limones exprimidos. Otra opción es tritúralos con la piel y la pulpa en una batidora y añadirle el hielo
Añadimos el almíbar frío.
Removemos con una cuchara y servimos bien frío.
Podemos decorar con hojas de menta y le da un toque especial a la limonada.
