Ford C-Max Energi Wrench Failure

2013 Ford Cmax Energi having more random issues. This time metallic metal sound driving up driveway, then car failed to charge. Attempting to start car and check engine light and wrench see manual message appears. Car won't go out of park, but gas engine does kick on when selecting EV Later mode. Car was dragged by bumper with locked wheels across driveway onto tow truck to take to dealership.
