1. 10,000 subscribers and 100 videos posted by the end of 2021

Not 100 videos total but 100 additional videos posted to my channel in 2021.

Now I'm sure as some of you have noticed I'm not off to a good start. I need to post 2 videos a week for 50 weeks to get to 100 and my last video I posted was over 2 weeks ago!

And because of this and the goal I've set I've decided to hire my friend to edit and post my videos! This will free up about 10 hrs a week from my schedule and hopefully allow the video editing and quality to improve!

I will script and film my videos then hand off for editing, posting to YouTube, thumbnail creation, etc by my friend Lui.

This allows me to still share my personal viewpoint but frees up time for my other goals and time to respond to comments and actually stick to a 2 a week schedule :)

And this 2 a week schedule will be crucial for gaining 10,000 subscribers by the end of 2021 as well!

2. MINIMUM $150,000 gross commissions for real estate sales
Now many of my listing leads come from a partnership I have with the largest wholesaler company in Columbus where I list properties that are too expensive to wholesale on market.
I get 3% total on the listing side and give 1 of those percent to the wholesale company. This means in order to gross $150,000 I need to really make about $200,000.
Now when I gross $150,000 my brokerage takes $25,000 of that netting me $125,000 before expenses like advertising. This means I hope to net over $100K in 2021.

3. Buy 10 rental units!
This is my number one focus this year. And this doesn't mean buy 10 units total, but instead I want to own an additional 10 units. Partnerships in real estate are so key and so I will at least partner with one person and maybe 2 people which means I need to buy say 20 units in a 50/50 partnership in order to effectively own 10 or them.
Buying rental property will always remain my number 1 financial goal since it aligns the closets with my life time goal of financial freedom at a high level.
Real estate sales is a 5 year thing for me tops, It is a means to an end to make more money to push into rentals.
However what I don't like about being a real estate agent is the work never stops and if it does stop so does your income unless you build a team which is a goal of mine down the line however with rentals I can work as hard or as little as I want with substantial income coming in and appreciation and principal paydown pushing your net worth.

4. Plan a Bar
Now this one is a little bit of a stretch, however opening a bar is a goal I've had for quite some time.
Eventually I'd like to open a few with different themes, a rooftop bar, a speakeasy, Irish pub type, and something more like a bath house pool bar.
The first bar would probably be a speakeasy so that way I can buy a mixed use building with ground floor retail and apartments on top. The idea is that there would be a basement or if not and the numbers still worked I would do a dig out addition and have the speakeasy in the basement with the retail and apartments rented out.
My goal for this year is to start to plan this bar from design, occupancy, cost, who will manage day to day, do I bring on a bar partner company to operate etc.
I want this done right and not have a cheesy low budget speakeasy but of course I also want it to make money..
I hope to open this bar in 3 years which means plan this year and maybe even acquire the building. Year 2 build out and open end of year 2 or early year 3.
