New: MEXICO's REGULARIZATION PROGRAM UPDATE: What you need to know!

Here is an update on the Mexico Regularization program for temporary residency!
** Great news for YOU! **
If you have an FMM (Mexican tourist visa), or a tourist's visitor's stamp in your passport for Mexico, WAIT until it expires and THEN you can go to your nearest INM (Mexican immigration) office to check if you qualify for the Regularization program.

UPDATE: to qualify for the regularization program you now only need:
1. one previous visit in any of the years between 2018-2021 as well as
2. an expired FMM (Mx tourist visa/stamp).
IMPORTANT: to check if you qualify for the Reg program, you must now wait until your FMM expires and THEN go into an immigration office to double check the 2 qualifications above.
